It has been two weeks since Trish has started her fitness transformation program and she has made as list of how it is going so far. 1- It helps to do even just a little bit of exercise then none at all and it is showing in the amount of energy available through out the day.

3- There is a much better chance that you will do the workout if you lay out your exercise clothes the night before. This will cut down on the time spent looking for clothing and trying to match things.

4- Make some simple rules such as not wearing sweat pants or yoga pants unless actually exercising. These stretchy types of pants don’t tell you the truth. They can make you think your weight is fine and that you can keep eating whatever you crave. By wearing pants with non stretch waist bands then you will know the truth and this can motivate you to stick to your routine.

5- Having a friend, family member or a personal trainer that will keep you accountable on a regular basis is a great tool to use. This can be a huge difference maker and something worth doing from the very start.
