Flex Fitness Virtual Training

 

Here at Flex Fitness we want to extend our amazing in-person workouts to our clients virtually.

We understand time is precious, therefore having the option of doing your workouts virtually (Zoom/FaceTime/Skype) allows our clients to be consistent. Though a trainer is not in the room, virtual personal training still allows guidance and motivation along with fresh workouts on a weekly basis.

Our virtual workouts offer exercises tailored for your fitness goals and the equipment you have available.

Flex Fitness provides weekly virtual sessions to ensure you are staying on track and accountable. You will also be asked to track your food intake and report to your trainer weekly. Just because we don’t see you in person, doesn’t mean we can’t keep you focused and achieving all your goals.

Whether you are a figure/fitness competitor, traveling business person or a stay at home parent, we will create a program that will work for your lifestyle.
