Fitness Transformation Workout #2

Here is the change up workout for Trish to do starting at her two week point of her 4 week transformation. This is a great workout to do on a daily basis when you are starting out and you don’t have the motivation to drive to the gym. There are many reasons why we don’t exercise regularly, whether it’s motivation, knowledge, time or money. This workout you can do at home with no equipment and it will only take 15 minutes to complete. Flex Fitness personal trainers are great at getting you results and this workout is no exception. 1- (40/arm) squat hold punches

2- (50) sumo squat pulses

3- (10) screamers/leg

4- (15) plank pikes

5- (30 second) superman hold

*set a timer, music or tv show for 15 minutes

*continue repeating the exercises for the full 15 minutes

*drink water before, during and after
