When you go on vacation, that often signals to us to let all our daily healthy habits go and embrace whatever comes to mind to eat, drink etc. We definitely encourage enjoying your vacation but if you focus on making healthy choices 80% of the time, then you can let loose the other 20% of the time. This is a great balance that will most definitely allow you to enjoy your vacation and keep you dialled in to achieve your weight loss goals.

If you can achieve this goal then you will not struggle with making healthy choices once you get back home from your vacation. Follow these simple tips to find fitness success:

💪 Choose activities that are fun and require you to be active, such has hiking, biking, swimming etc.

💪 Pack your workout clothes so there are no excuses to not be active.

💪 Go to the grocery store and get fruits, veggies, healthy snacks that are easy to bring with you as you enjoy your trip.

💪 Limit the amount of alcohol you drink and increase the amount of water you drink.

💪 Never stuff yourself or starve yourself. Always stay satisfied and listen to what your body is telling you.
