CTV Living Well Segment "Don't Be a Weekend Warrior"

Alex Brown, along with her CTV Living Well crew, visited Flex Fitness to learn tips on how to not be a weekend warrior and how to be consistent with exercise. The number one reason why people don’t exercises regularly is because of time. Also, the majority of people find it difficult to be consistent over the long haul without some accountability. A personal trainer is a great way to help with both these common obstacles when starting out on a fitness journey.
