
The process of achieving all your fitness dreams starts and ends with making goals on a monthly basis. When you have concise goals written out you can then see a road map more clearly. Once you have that you can easily adjust as needed and create all the daily habits that will ensure success.
We encourage our clients to make monthly goals so they stay focused and motivated. Instead of falling out of focus and losing sight of their fitness goals. Within those monthly goals we ask that they create weekly smaller goals that will become new habits and contribute to the overall goals success.
Here are the to setting goals and becoming successful:
💪 Make your goals specific (strength, cardiovascular, weight loss etc).
💪 Make your goals measurable (test your baseline which is determined by the goal in mind).
💪 Make your goals attainable (something that you have done in the past or see as achievabkle with the proper plan).
💪 Make your goals realistic (set a big long term six month goal and then set shorter goals based on that big goal).
💪 Make your goal focused on a specific timeline (1, 3 and six month goals as well as weekly goals).
