The pursuit for the fountain of youth is a long road to travel and often can seem insurmountable at times. From a very young age as a child our energy levels are very high but as we age physically and mentally through the stresses of life, that reservoir of energy gets harder to tap and starts to diminish.

The reality is that it will never be what it was as a child but there are definitely things you can do to help improve it as you age, and to maximize your day’s potential.
