Make Your Workout Funtastic!

It is easy to be overcome with anxiety, dread or pure boredom of an impending workout. These factors can often prevent you from getting it done or even reduce the intensity during the workout.

Remember that health has five domains to be aware of and to incorporate into any wellness plan. You should aim to get a good balance of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social health activities into your weekly routine. They all feed each other and will help you from burnout of the same old routine. Another important factor to remember is to make your activity fun! You can do this by doing activities you have always wanted to try but never got around to doing. This will reinvigorate you and keep you active at the same time.

So with that in mind, spend some time today writing out activities you want to try in the next month.
