Goal setting is a great way to map out your plan of action and to have a focused mindset. There are many approaches to goal setting but by far the best approach, and one that is 100% guaranteed to help is by using th acronym S.M.A.R.T.
Mae sure that your goals are Specific Measurable Attainable Realistic and have a Timeframe. We suggest using timeframes of 6 to 12 months, 2 to 3 months and 2 to 3 weeks. This will allow you to set realistic goals and to have a clear path to success.

💪 Have your goals written out on paper or digitally and easily accessible, so that you can reference them daily.

💪 If you have a bad day or a less than ideal week, don’t overthink it or let it roll into several days and/or weeks. Forget it and start the next day as a new day and refocused on your goals.
