
We all love sleep but often we sacrifice it which directly affects unlocking the key to success.
It affects success in your work life, personal goals and your overall fitness and health. The biggest reason for this is that your body uses sleep to recover from the mental, physical and chemical stresses your body goes through on a daily basis. When you have had optimal sleep (adults 7-9 hours per night) on a consistent basis your body functions from a physiological perspective to its potential which then will make you better overall and increase the likelihood of learning/growing within your life.

Here are some tips to use to unlock your keys to success in life by getting a great night’s sleep::
💪 Do not eat foods that are high in sugar or caffeine before bed.
💪 Use a proper alarm clock for waking up instead of a smartphone.
💪 Keep room temperature cooler (around 18 degrees).
💪Use a night mask or thick blinds to ensure the room is as dark as possible.
💪 Follow a consistent routine for when you go to bed and wake up.
💪 Turn off all electronics at least 1-2 hours before bedtime.
