
The spring air is fresh, revitalising and very motivating!
This is a great time of year to kickstart or refocus your fitness routine and there are only a few simple pieces of equipment you need to be successful. Make sure you have shoes that fit your foot properly and give you the support plus traction for the activities you choose to do. Also, having water, sunscreen, dress in layers and let someone know where you are going (time of expected return as well), will be a great start to being successful.
