I’ve always been an active person, and growing up I participated in all sorts of sports and activities. My two main sports were soccer and hockey. I eventually transitioned into coaching hockey which got me having fun coaching off-ice training sessions. Today I still play soccer recreationally and get on the ice when I have the opportunity.
My fitness journey began with a personal trainer who helped get me consistent and confident going to the gym.Now I participate in competitive weightlifting. I began instructing in a gym setting programming and running group fitness classes before transitioning to a trainer as I progressed through school.
I am currently an Athletic Therapy student at the University of Winnipeg which gives me the ability to adapt and modify training prescriptions to accommodate for injuries or weakness. I love all sorts of types of fitness and activities and I’m always excited to try new things in the gym. My goal is to get you strong and moving well and get you feeling good about yourself!
Let me help you achieve all your fitness goals!
