Posture Correction

Importance:
– Keeps muscles and joints in alignment to ensure proper muscle activation.
– Prevents injuries.
– Decreases headaches/body aches.
– Stand taller, feel stronger.

Muscles to Stretch:
– pec minor
– pec major
– upper traps
– broomstick

Muscles to strengthen:
– mid/low traps
– Rear delts
– Rhomboids
– wall slides
