Tyler Hartwig - Trainer

My journey into the world of health and fitness began at the age of 16 after recovering against all medical odds from anorexia athletica, I started diving into the knowledge and understanding of health, fitness and exercise. I have always been a believer that so long as you have the will and the discipline in life, regardless of feelings and/or circumstances, you can achieve anything you desire and overcome any obstacle that gets laid before you.

This journey has taken me into several fields of fitness education from personal training in resistance (both weights, calisthenics, resistance bands, etc) into such fields as group fitness, rehab training and weight loss consulting. My clients have always valued my devotion and passion to seeing them reach their success stories each and every day. No matter how big or small their goals may be, every goal is worth striving for and even by giving just a percentage of effort it brings them that much closer towards reaching the people they want to be.

I am a martial artist of over 20 years and going experience in over 11 different styles ranging from Kung Fu to Ninjutsu and Karate while holding a record of 13 Gold medals and the title of Creative Weapons Grand Champion of the 18+ division at the 2012 Tiger Balm Internationals Martial Arts Tournament along with holding several fitness marathon awards.
