Killer Kettlebell Workout!

As the summer begins to wind down and you start thinking about getting back to a more regular exercise routine, then this post is for you. This workout will challenge you and wake up some of those muscles you haven’t used in a little while. Here is a great kettlebell workout video from Flex Fitness personal trainer Alistair Hopper, that will make you sweat and get you great results.

  • 20 kettlebell hinge swings

  • 20 goblet kettlebell squat jumps

  • 15 over/under kettlebell stationary lunges per leg

  • 20 alternating kettlebell squat swings

  • 15 kettlebell burpees

  • Repeat 5x

  • No rest between exercises

  • 15 second rest between sets
