Saturday and Sunday Half-Hour HIIT Classes!
We are now offering class times on Saturdays and Sundays at 2pm for a half hour guaranteed results workout! This class will keep your heart rate up and challenge your balance, core strength, flexibility and total body strength/endurance. The format used will keep your body guessing and getting stronger with every class. Our personal trainers are very experienced and will adapt exercises to focus on your needs. Personal trainer Jessi Montgomery will keep the tempo upbeat and the atmosphere in the gym will motivate you beyond your expectations.
