4 - Reduce your portion sizes and limit the number of servings you consume in one sitting. Wait twenty minutes before you go for seconds. Often you will find you are plenty full and not needing that extra serving.

5 - Ideas for dessert options is to have a fruit platter or homemade popsicles from freshly squeezed juice, with no added sugar. You can use berries of any kind that are high in antioxidants but low on the glycemic index for fruits.
